Prairie Rose is a poet and formerly the Lead Organizer for Change That Works ND, which was a state-by-state program that engaged millions of Americans in fulfilling President Obama's campaign promise of change, that both revives our economy and builds it stronger. She has 10 years of community organizing experience. As a longtime activist her story has been published in Nona Willis Aronowitz's book "Girldrive - Criss-crossing America, Redefining Feminism" and Billy Black's book "Beautiful Women of ND".
Prairie Rose is the Coordinator for the Native American Center Project in Fargo, North Dakota.
